People like more choices, so consider creating subscription levels that let people sign up to receive content that’s relevant to them. For example, if you sell widgets and tax advice, provide three options on your opt-in form that allow users to sign up to receive info about widgets, info about tax advice or both. Further customize by allowing them to designate how frequently they’d like to hear from you — weekly, monthly or only when something really special is going on. People may be more likely to sign up for your email list if they have some control over the content they’ll receive.
With pop-ups, you can catch the audience at the very beginning, during page scrolling, when they want to exit the page – which you might see on our site as well. Done well, it’s not annoying at all 🙂 And if your site is on WordPress, there’s a lot of great pop-up plugins you can try out and use to build your email list, even from scratch. Use them as a subscription tool, exit-intent, registration form, or whatever means you want. Simply read our linked recommendation and see which one fits your needs the best. An active comments section is a great way to find out which blog post topic piqued your reader’s interest. If you’re lucky, readers may even be so kind as to ask you questions in their comment that you can answer as part of your email autoresponder course, or that you can use as an opportunity later to refer them to your email autoresponder course. I’ve had blog readers email me directly and ask if I could write specific posts to answer specific questions they had. As you can imagine, I’m more than happy to do so.
Solutions are tailored to meet your budget and success goals as much as possible, and websites have been delivered costing just a few hundreds dollars a month or for one of payments of a few thousand... it all comes down to our discussions, if you want a website that generates millions of dollars in sales your budget will obviously be bigger, if you're a small business then your goals and costs will be more realistic, at least to start with.
When creating an offer, a landing page, subscription/sign up form, ask only for necessary information. People really don’t want to be bothered to fill in infinite spaces; in most cases, an email address and a name are more than enough. Ask for more info, and people won’t take time to fill it out, let alone leave their email. To successfully collect email addresses,  keep it short and straightforward.
I cracked the code on turning visitors into subscribers to build a mailing list from 0-10,000 subscribers in under 6 months on a new blog. This allowed me to earn a full-time income only nine months after I started my mailing list. I attribute over $24,000 of the income I earned in 2017 (my first full year of blogging) to my powerful mailing list.
Don’t get intimidating! List building can be one of the hardest things to do. Not only is the growth part harder than, say, growing a Twitter following, but people struggle with what to write, how often to write, and what the purpose behind email is. Though I’ve given you some great list building resources above, here are my tips for getting started or scaling up.

At the start of my online career i used to think that list building has no benefits but after doing some research on the topic and starting with the link building thing i came to knew it’s importance. It’s really necessary for website and blog owners to build lists or they’ll just let their selves down because list building is the game changer when Search Engines and Social Media doesn’t work for you.
